Policies

All deposits are non-refundable and apply toward reserved time, preparation, and administrative costs.

Rescheduling

One reschedule is permitted if requested more than 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.

The original deposit may be applied to the rescheduled date, provided the new date occurs within 90 days of the original booking.

Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled date will be treated as a cancellation and are subject to the cancellation terms above.

Weather-Related Rescheduling

For outdoor ceremonies, severe weather (including but not limited to heavy rain, thunderstorms, high winds, or unsafe conditions) may qualify for a weather-related reschedule at the discretion of Madison Vow Co.

If weather conditions are deemed unsafe, Madison Vow Co. will work with the couple to reschedule or relocate the ceremony when possible.

Weather-related reschedules do not incur additional fees, provided the new date is within 90 days of the original booking and subject to availability.

Light rain or overcast conditions are not considered severe weather and are often embraced as part of the experience. (Clear umbrellas may be provided to enhance comfort and create beautiful, cinematic moments.)
